I tried to do the same thing, the problem is a flooded basement indoor pic doesn't work well when put on a truck wrap. at least I couldn't find a pic that worked well, remember you need to maintain the look from a distance. what I ended up doing was finding a pic of a house that had water around it from outside and it accomplished the look I was after.
