Happy to report that I spoke to jeff from Cleanco and he sent box of....well just about everything and had them take everything out and replace it. Turns out one of the mounting brackets was cracked or had a cracked weld. They even replaced and up-graded all the belts and did not charge me a dime. The rattling noise that the driveshaft made is gone, no noise when I'm driving anymore and I have about 30hours and a couple hundred miles on it, so far so good.
