Not to jump on a bashing wagon but i too have had issues with customers being put on hold. I even stopped my service with FC for a few months because of it. Not many of my customers or referral sources have my cell but I was getting calls to my cell on a regular basis because they were being put on hold so often when calling my office number. Made me wonder what the customers that don't have my cell did and how many of them were lost. I still get a few calls to my cell when they can't talk to anyone at the office number, but its rare now, but still happens. Seems mornings is the time it happens most. With me being on the east coast and FC on the west they have too few crs at 9am my time (6am theirs) I try to keep the phones until 10 or 11 when I can. Over all it's a great service with great crs's but I think they are stretched too thin.

your right on with the morning being the most busy time. we are on central time and i started keeping the phone when i could till 10 am our time.

If you are an existing Full Circle member, you may have already had the pleasure of speaking with Samantha. She is a natural at customer service with her excellent listening skills and attention to detail. She takes care in the work that she does and wants to do her best to make your job easier by accurately routing your appointments.
Our most recent team additions are Tashika and Tara. You will find Tashika has a friendly and professional personality that will make your customers smile. Tara will capture your customers by her bright and energetic personality. They each have strong backgrounds in customer service and are currently undergoing our Full Circle training sessions to combine their skills in customer service with well-rounded knowledge of the carpet cleaning industry, a combination that makes Full Circle great!

Our newest staff members are one of several steps we are taking to make Full Circle the best possible front office service for you. We have installed a new more powerful server to reduce ring time on incoming calls and to give the customer service representatives faster access to your business profiles during scheduling calls. We have also expanded our list of scheduling software options, giving you three options to select from. In addition, we are looking into better, more efficient ways to capture even more of the details from calls to expand your marketing potentials.

We will continue to look toward perfection in our service and as always, welcome input from you, our best source of valued opinions.

Is this company still around? What's up with the complaints on them being too busy in the morning and putting the customers on hold? Isn't that the whole purpose businesses like ours hire an outside source to handle calls and customer service, so they WON'T be put on hold? I don't care how pretty Taco says these girls are, and I know it was back in '12, but geez!

And does servicemonster offer this service as well? I remember they mentioned doing this a year or so ago. I wonder what happened to that idea
