I assume it was supposed to be the 2nd and not twelfth .....then the timeline makes since..........and everything else seems ok except the organizer account issue which isn't uncommon

beyond that I can't tell you...


I can say if he survived an aortic aneurysm burst he is one lucky mofo

I'm sorry,but this has been a very stressful time for us all and I totally screwed up on the date. It was supposed to read June 12, not July. Thank you for bringing this to my attention so that I can fix this on the go fund me page. Braden is my son, and I can assure you that it's legit.

The aneurysm didn't burst because they flew him out to Portland for surgery in time. Still, yes he was very lucky that the hospital here was on the ball and got him out there so quickly. There was an excellent team of specialists waiting to rush him into surgery when he got there. He has a long road of recovery ahead.

My brother died of a dissected aorta. He was misdiagnosed by the first hospital.

Hey guys. This is braden. I know I didn't comment alot on here but my mom thought it would be a good idea to post the link here. This has been the scariest thing I've ever experienced. I thought I was never going to see my wife and kids again during the helicopter ride. It's very hard to put it in words but I had started to accept death and then woke up two days later. I have a long recovery ahead of me and I think like alot of us no health insurance. Our business was based off of me being healthy. Please don't make that mistake

Braden....my heartfelt prayers go out to you and your family and yes, you are right for saying never build a business based on being healthy. My late husband learned that the hard way. Thankfully, many people in this industry stepped up and helped us in so many ways and I wouldn't be where I am today were it not for them.

Please share your story with others so hopefully they can learn to prepare for this kind of thing...we all think we are invincible and have plenty of time to save and prepare but the truth is we never know what what each day holds and how quickly it can all crash down. I shared my journey of hard learned lessons in all of the groups so that hopefully at least one person would learn and I hope it worked.

The worst feeling in the world was being the wife who had to hold it all together (the business, home, and caring for a sick person) all the while anticipating my husband's impending death (stage 4 terminal cancer) and not knowing what my future held. My husband refused to admit that he would never work again the day we found out his cancer was progressing rapidly and I suffered tremendously for his refusal. Don't do that to your wife....plan, plan, plan!

Thank you Kellie. My wife is doing exactly that. She's my nurse and when she go's to do ou janitorial jobs my mom comes over. Our best friends are helping with the work and won't take money. But the carpet machine is parked. Me and my wife always worked as a team and she doesn't want to be away any more then she has to. I'll try to figure the go fund me out. My sister in law did it then my mom put in more stuff so I don't know what's going o . The truth is we will collapse sooner then later. I already have probably 400000 in bills in a file. Just the life flight was 32000 but worth every penny. Thanks again

DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THE BILLS ON FACE VALUE.

Most all the medical bills can be negotiated way down.. Have your wife call and simply request the amounts lowered drastically.

My cousin here, working next door to us in their shop, cutting wood to create truly one of a kind wood floors in 20million dollar homes - basically cut two fingers off and had to be airlifted. They put the fingers back although not perfect...but they're there. The flight was over 30grand....ended up negotiating down to a few thousand.

Keep trying until they lower them.
