Back to the question, I tell them it's like in when someone tries to remove blood from a crime scene only to have an investigator come in and shine a light on it...and there it is even though they tired desperately to remove it. Most have seen enough movies/tv that it makes sense.

I guess the right response is knowing that if they use a blacklight after you leave is to tell them before hand they will still see the spots. Tell them before and not later with their complaining phone call.

Its called educating the customer before hand.... It's an excuse telling them after the fact.... :clap:
