Just used mine today.. Works GREAT on old duct tape that has been stuck to the carpet for years.. I bought another just waiting to get it. It is also great for crush marks on some carpet.

good for red? and u said no more towels??

Just spray on your red removal product of choice and place the steamer on it.

No towel needed and you can continue setting up or clean an other room while the colored spot is removed.

A lot easier and safer than the old fashioned way of using a consumer steam iron and crusty danmp towel under it.

Only problem I have found with mine down under is, I need a frickin power converter to run it.

The converter cost an arm and a leg, and needs another chimp to carry it.

Lucky I'm still young enough and can handle it on my own.

But it works great.

I like my steamer but it is only pulled out if I have a lot of red stains to get out...for the homes that just have one or two....it makes no since to have to pull it out when you can grab the iron and knock them out faster....

took less then 2 minutes to knock this out...it takes the steamer longer to set up and to heat up.....
