to fix your issue you should sign up for a new subscription.

Your current subscription was either:
a. removed from your paypal recurring payments by you so that you would not be auto charged
b. unable to be processed at the 1 year point (expired card, card removed from paypal, etc)

yes...since it is a subscription you need a paypal account.....unless Mike sends you a money request
