Which sealer to choose on concrete before laying new tiles

Hi everyone,
Client removed carpet/pad due to heavy urine odor.
I inspected today and quoted concrete cleaning + urine odor treatment.
Client wants to seal the concrete, but new ceramic tile will be installed.
Occupied home (2 kids).
I considered RexPro, but cost may be too high.
I need an odor-control solution that’s tile-safe — no sealers that will cause thinset bond failure.
What products/systems are you using to control urine odor on concrete when tile is going over it?
* I have super sealer but I think I need some kind of Cementitious primer encapsulates residue ( I ask Chat GPT and it mention that)

Honestly, I believe you're over thinking it. Rex Pro would be a disservice when it's being tiled over it. Use what you have.
