Hey my 07 Vortex is still running like a charm.

Its Blueline built.

Its more beast than I need though, I'm trying to

Put two Hydramaster Titans on the road for about the price of

one and a half Vortexes.

One Titan will be here in a week or two.

I'm sure I will sacrifice some power, presence and dependability.

I would rather not waste my "clone" on the truck with me when

I can put him on his own truck with a chimp and I can be on my truck

with a chimp. I can grow faster that way and be less responsible

for the "workload". Kinda like I was before the Vortex. The Vortex

is great for an owner operator of one truck. It will do all its is hyped up

to do. I just cant figure how to make it be in two places at once, with out

getting another one. So in my humble opinion its easier for me to hire

people, not equipment. People are disposable 5 and 6 year equipment

notes are not. So Im ready to let this 07 Vortex rip for about 66 Grand!!

This sound like a Ken Harris post, And if you act now I will throw in a

lifetime supply of "Waterguard"!!!!!!! Here some pics!!!http://s102.photobucket.com/albums/m105/kevinmccreary/

I am interested to see how the Titan works out. I have never been a Hydramaster fan, but the GM engine and mega CFMs is intriguing me. I do not like the Hyundai engine in other machines. Timing belt every 2000 hours is a pita.

I'm interested in the performance of the Titan also. Seems like a monster machine.

The Titan is really no different then any other 59 blower machine that is already built other companies

it will easily beat the Thermal Wave II on heat but for my money I would buy a Thermal Wave and put a little giant heater on it

it has the same foot price as the 427 boxxer

the water box is much bigger so that is probably where they will try to get 270 out of it for heat

it has 3 ports for 3 wands but you will never be able to run 3 wands off it and 2 wands will seem a little weak compared to an AT or Vortex unit but still better then a 47 blower

only time will tell if it is durable, I know the 427 boxxer went through several updates before we got rid of it

they had one sitting on the floor at JonDon for a few weeks, some guy in Eugene Oregon bought it

Is the plumbing on the Titan as restrictive as their other units? What percentage of max rpm's does it turn? The blower, not the engine.

If they get rid of the restrictions and let the engine turn some RPM's like Rex is saying not to mention some decent lift at least 13-14 hg. It's possible that it could be a dual wand machine with 2 2.5 ports and a little giant for dual wanding. I may even be interested in it or something like it for my next machine.

Who really gives a flying fluck! I could clean circles

around most of you muthafookers .....OOPS I mean MikeyBoarders

with a one stage lamb vac and a pistol grip sprayer.

Woah! I sniffed too much dry cleaning solvent on my last job!

Seriously...... I have a Vortex and yeah it is all its cracked up to be.

BUT!!!! I think carpet cleaning machines and technique is highly

over rated!!!!! Yeah it can make you more productive etc etc etc..

BUT! When you break it down its all about its all about who

can retain the most cash flow for the least amount of $$$$$

and keep it in your pocket and that's it. You also have to be able to sleep

at night. And I dont care if the machine is Blue, red, green, or if

I have a monkey on a treadmill and a wood burning heat exchanger

running it!!!!!

Yeah they wait for everyone else to F it up before

they venture out into the world of mistakes. Hence, your Japanese's ass

timing belt issues.God hope you don't wreck some sh*t

if that belt breaks. Jim Roden would of had nothing to do with that P.O.S.

some Euro broom/ powerwasher cooperation puts that Prochem label on.

I saw the 875. Most interesting thing I heard about it. They built it based on a 3D autocad model. They plugged the info into it and "ran" the truckmount on the computer, looking for ways to reduce vibration and make it last longer. They can run simulations on it and see where the weak links are and fix them before production. Now THAT sounds cool.
