I installed a truckmount in my van couple weeks ago, I called several suppliers about fuel tap...one was it's a special order tap going to be 4 weeks to make one, another had no clue, then called jondon ...talked to 3 service technicians, all insisted I purchase the most expensive $400 tap they had in Stock. ..the kit arrived and basically few quick connects, y connection and fuel line...for a fuel injection tm....I needed single line and pump...in all actuality all I needed was fuel line , filter and pump as the cutaway van's have a generator fuel port built into the tank. ...could have saved 350 if someone would have spoken up about port....

Interesting lay out..

Is there a side door?

Looks like it will over heat back there

Very nice, I like it. I would definitely add at least one exhaust fan, otherwise the engine cooling fan is just going to recirculate the engine heat.

The radiant heat will heat that box more than you think. I have two 4' side doors and it still gets pretty hot. You can't cool an air cooled engine with out cool air. It's going to dramatically shorten its life. I would add some fans to move the air through the new side door.

I might spend 10 hour each month cleaning carpet...hope to decrease that time with this truckmount. ..

I've been using a HydroX & Mega 3 up to now...I'm sure the tm will be used as needed. ..
We do just the opposite. TM until we can't reach or doesn't make sense to string out that length. Then we use Rover & Flood King. We have one on each water truck.
