Jim Eckman won a seal a door in Vegas

Yesterday he used at an elderly engineer's home near Tahoe.

The ol guy went nuts over it. Jim is now hooked in the customer retention value of using this fine product.

Looks like Jim has the standard version so I offered let him have my Jumbo extender that I wont be needing...

Thank you so very much, Mike, for sharing that story! The point I would try and make is: This is NOT a unique reaction by customers having the Seal-A-Door used at their home....it literally thrills the homeowner to see this level of "customer care"!
