Here is some info on how to install your own fresh water hose reel for $200.00 compared to $575.00 from butler.

Hose reel is from Grainger. Cost is $110.00 plus shipping.
Hose is red half inch from Evco house of hose. 100' length. Cost is $75.00
The piece of metal I bought (screwed to the roof) was ten dollars. Just plain old steel 1/8 inch thick. Measures 32"length, 5" width. I pre-drilled all the holes and painted it black. 5 self tapping screws on each side hold it on, and 4 holes in the middle for the mounting of the hose reel. Total cost with shipping and a couple brass attachments from lowes is about $200.00
