From ice to rain

We have been in a deep freeze for a couple of weeks with over 2 feet of snow. Now like flipping a switch, it's warm and raining. Most restoration companies are booked 2-3 days out even for emergency work. We have 3 suites in my building with water damage from rapidly melting snow and ice backing in from people's unshoveled balconies. I was doing a little extraction in some of our common areas. Drains are blocked with ice and melt water coming through the doors
