While that lift looks robust, it fails to use leverage to its advantage.
I've been using The lift buddy and Skidders from home depot for decades.

These jacks are used only on those occasions where the lift buddy bends. If you don’t move furniture that heavy fine. Just move on.

if furniture is that heavy, even if you get it on sliders, moving it out and back wont be good for the carpet. So although I like to clean as much of the room as possible and do move some furniture and like the tool, it wont be on my Must Need list.
