Getting it all out......

Cleaned a small congested office this week for a friend. Poly commercial crap carpet. Lots, and I mean lots of parking lot sealer walk off. Can't get that last yellowing out. I Cimexed first with Awesume Encap, went to Flex with a citrus booster, Releasit D2......and a good flush with the Pro1200. Just can't get that lasting yellow film off or out.

Let me have it. He has never had it cleaned in 20 years.

I wonder if you would have more success with something like hydramaster poly break. high ph product designed for poly carpets. It is supposed to break down those oily films.

Acid rinse. Try a good brown out product.

Use a bonnet with the brown out and you will be shocked.

Gotta agree Jimmy. They resealed the parking lot about 10 times. Gotta have a nice parking lot, you know.

Blame it on the 20 years and tell/train them they should have hired you sooner and be done with it..

That's a 20% stabilized Hydrogen Peroxide product designed for yellowing on carpet fibers. It self neutralizes, so you can just spray and walk away after you've cleaned.

I'm thinking you should have pre sprayed with Punch and then followed up with the Cimex and Releasit?
