I finally have a couple of guys I can trust to do a good job without a babysitter. I plan on spending 2 to 3 days a week growing the business and the other 3 cleaning air ducts, filling in, etc.

For the guys that have gotten off the truck, was it a good move for your business? Were you able to generate enough extra income to make up for the added expenses?

Best thing I ever did. I can actually run my business the way it is suppose to be, and i'm still to busy to get everything done. I sometimes pop up at customers house why the guys are cleaning to check on them.

It's the only way to do it if you ask me. If you want to grow as a company you had better get off the truck or hope to hell the person who is off the truck is a good business person.

Of course I wouldn't trust anyone to run my company but me.

It's about setting up systems and letting them run themselves with supervision that comes and goes.

If your behind the wheel and the wand you will only go so far...and that's OK for some...Like Lisa...but not me.

Best thing I ever did and the bests just keep gettin better.
