Last nights job.

Manager surprised has been a year and half....

Not as bad as last time he thought....

Time before, another company had cleaned and they had us in after 3 months....they got their moneys worth out of our last cleaning.

Nice work Mark! Amazing results! :headbang:

Love the Zipper Spinner!

We were using it on some hallways yesterday and the facilities manager asked if we got a new machine. We told him no just a new tool that rinses better. He said "I can see that".

just wondering if I could run it on my portable. I can get 500 psi on a 4-5 flow.

I read that a 47 blower is recommended for fast dry times... I've ran my 13" Zipper with my 2 3 stage portable and it does a great job on the recovery... I doubt the Zipper SS would work on a porty though...

Just like encapping residential, sure you can do it but it's not right...:headscratch:

I have enough vacuum on my porty, especially with 2inch hose but if you can't spin it fast enough, it will streak. Just wondering what the cut off is for good cleaning.

We have things to do afterwards. Gotta knock it out and keep moving.

Two WDR jobs to monitor, one 45 minutes away. 14 techs are at a commercial mold job, a couple others at a hoarder job. I'm missing a couple of guys, one away at guards another personal time off.

We are catching all the garbage.

You're the expert, just seems one guy and one truck could knock it off while the other guy and truck are doing something else.

I used to work for a company that always wanted to send 2 trucks and I found that we were in each others way most of the time. It worked if we could set up at opposite ends of a building but a lot of times we were coming through the same entry, hoses all over the place, etc. I always found it went fast with 2 men and one truck. Set up and prespray is faster and the wand never stops moving if someone is pulling hose. Only one truck to wrap up afterwards.
