We ALWAYS pre-vac using a turbo cat and the T/M. In hundreds and hundreds of jobs I've only run into 2 that did not need to be pre-vacuumed. In one of those cases the lady was so impressed she asked us to do it anyway. We charge the customers for the service, it's become our USP, AND THE CUSTOMERS love it. I rarely work on Sundays today I did, and out of 2 jobs $630.00 started at 10:00 done at 3:00, $120.00 was for the vacuuming.
Gee, Wally I just don't get it
