GM vs ford vans??

my 95 E-350 cube has 204,135 miles on her and still going. Brakes, just put some new belts on, changed the spark plugs once, hum might be time for them again. Motor and Trans have never been into.
I have never owned a GM but i have been looking at some 04 gmc with a 12 foot cube van.
If i could fine a ford in 12 footer i would buy it
