Yes it is the Astro. It is actually 90 gallons of fresh water by using 2 separate tanks, one on either side of the van to even out the weight.

When I bought the Astro I had additional rear leaf springs added to the rear and it has never been any problem in handling.

Come to the cold tundra... You won't be looking for an outdoor spigot if it's cold... And we avoid hooking up to them...

We let the homeowners flood their basement or home first in the spring after they forgot to unhook their hose early enough in the Fall on their frost free spigot.... That has now broken.

Finding spigots and water sources up here is a pain in the @$$
I agree. I'm still wondering how and why your family even had the desire to want to get in to this business with the weather as it is up there.
