I just looked closer and realized he's asking $35000 obo for Van & unit or $14000 for unit alone. Not such a good deal as I thought. What's the unit worth?

I called him today and he is not too flexible on price as it is a lease and he is paying of the remainder of the lease with the proceeds of the sale.
