Good Flood Pumper/Portable Combo

I'm looking for a good flood pumper that can be used as a portable as well.

Mytee seems like they have the best bang for the buck in this category. Which model would fit the bill?

It won't be used really regularly...

Jeremy - The Mytee M-5 Portable is going to be your best bet. You're going to trade heat for more CFM and lift, but when extracting those are two things you're going to want more of in a portable unit. You can use hot tap water when you're using it for carpet cleaning then. It also has auto dump which is awesome for extracting.

I have personally used this unit for carpet cleaning and for flood extraction and it worked very well for both applications.
