9 pm....and I am done....

Been getting up early in office by 5 am (5:30 more common for me really)

Crazy busy, and so many projects as well as the super swamped carpet cleaning route.....

Been getting in late each night and now....early enough and just calling it a night early....

Will be in the office early....

Well, a client calls around 9:45 pm. After sleeping pretty hard

Another new spot has come back....

They work afternoons until late...

40 minutes to there place... Fixed a wick back a 2 weeks ago out there...

New larger spot in hall... Will send the guys again on Monday since home owners are not available earlier...

Get to talking and I am told this house is turning out to be a problem... Froze up and been some pipe leaks....

Shower has had slow leak....

"Where is this new spot compared to the shower? " Oh... At least 4 feet away....

Oh boy... Sir, the new spot is probably from your shower leaking and now starting to dry... Oh it never got wet....

Told him we will check it out for him...

Been a few weird ones this week...

Other one yesterday was explaining why their 20 year old carpet was looking different after cleaning (and pointing out the new spots how they go away when I move the furniture piece now reflecting on the carpet and making a shadow)

Ok...what new surprises are waiting today?

Well wouldn't you know...about the time I experience all this....

@billyeadon makes a great post on Facebook that hits home and reminds me even when we are overwhelmed...why we run our business the way we do here...

The clients with the water issue called late because they work afternoons into early evening...being available was a help to them...and they are clients with us....so....this article hit home this morning....

Mark, If your super swamped with work and you'd really like to be on the golf course more, have you thought about raising your rates? I work 8-10 jobs a week and make more money than I'll ever need...Last week I worked 2 Jobs......LOL
