I won Goof here in a raffle, had a customer with black ink from when her dog chewed a pen.
So I gave it a try.
Treated with goof and let dwell for 5 minutes
after first rinse this was what was left.
After second application and a little agitation it was 99 percent gone. this was set in ink that had been there a year. Stanley steemer told her it was permanent a year ago. This is good stuff.
