Google Voice..any one using or similar?

Main objective: ability to to change where the phone rings...from office(land line) to a cell with out having to be there physically to change it. And be 99.5% reliable.

Seem like my search shows the free google voice is 85=95% reliable at best

Multiple phones ringing same time and record ability for quality control also seem like a plus

Any thoughts, or other service recommend form my main objective

I use Voipo for my extra numbers and my fax. I don't use google for anything but internet searching now.
