9/2/2010 rude guy answered phone and kept hanging up

the details: i called for an estimate and guy hung up then when i called back he just picked up the phone and said nothing .. i guess they don't want any business

the details: The owner is a very rude person I called to get a estimate on getting upholstery cleaned and the guys was rude and didn't answer any of the questions. I thought it was employee that didn't want to work so I can called back and and asked for a supervisor and I was talking to the owner all that times ,YES it was the owner.
Well at least they weren't as bad as the Green Girls.
Those were pitiful.
