I think the fabric looks and feels sound. Some sun fading. How should I clean these?

I think my grandparents had those exact chairs!! I agree with Steve, just use low moisture. Aside from being dusty, there doesn't appear to be any real soiling or staining.

Sounds good to me, though I am not familiar with your fabric spray. Either way, all you need do is mist it on.

Based on what I see, you probably won't see much improvement beyond step 1.

Also make sure they understand that the fading on the red chairs will not be corrected in cleaning.

These come from the days when people didn't have pets in the house, they didn't eat, sleep, or put their feet on furniture, and only sat on it fully dressed.

That stuff needs little detergency and flushing, and your neutral pH low wetting process should be fine.

I would just hit them with some Picrin after vacuuming and vac after and leave it at that. No liability whatsoever.

Still available. Hard to get. Not many fast drying solvents around anymore.
I just looked it up on streets website. Probably as good a volatile solvent spotter as any of our carpet cleaning ones, maybe better. I used to use a lot of picrin, Streetex, pyratex and similar with good success. Better pay my dry cleaning distributor a call. Used to make a lot of semi wet spotters and presprays.
