Customer was using this "great cleaner" that "did a very good job".

Until I explained that the brightening of those areas are in fact showing dye damage.

1 year old carpet. Never been cleaned....

Unfortunately I lost my after pictures...(it turned out great and you could hardly tell what happened before). They were stoked.

It's still amazes me why people go on and spray bleach in their carpet...

No, I am pretty sure it was for hard surfaces only.

All the dark spots were the results of this product as well.

I can never understand why a homeowner/business owner takes ANY cleaning product, sprays it on carpet, rubs it with a rag, and THINKS it’s clean. I always ask them if they spray their shower with tub and tile cleaner, and just walk away without rinsing it..... they always look at me with a sheepish look.....

I have a few customers who have used bleach on pet stains. They believe it will disinfect them. Most people have no idea what bleach is or of the damage it can do. I once had a customer using bleach then ammonia to clean some book cases. Almost killed herself and her cat with the resulting chlorine gas.
