Sometimes when I show up at the door, people ask , "are you doing the work, or do you send a crew in"...Being over 50 in this profession creates profiling...LOL...Happy New year!

I get a lot of surprised customers when im alone and have to move furniture.
We bought a great home but didnt get married till yesterday. Thats next yesrs success story.
Business wise im just glad to be working still.

Business went thermonuclear. Literally have work going crazy.
Probably... Tentatively.... Would say I have - the best / reputation in my market among all players.
And all I promote with is Facebook, cards and handshakes.

Meeting my FPA Family of distributors in Little Rock and watching this new segment of our business grow. Super excited about all the great folks we are in this with.
Tremendous business growth and revenue - Almost 20% above plan which was already aggressive.
Moving our shop out of the house.
Landing some high profile accounts.
Hiring admin staff.
New business by referrals really took off this year...something we've been really working on growing. Nice to see it paying off and a ROI this.
Stellar customer review cards, comments on Facebook etc.
Happy healthy kids...and stayed married!
