Green Cleaning opinions please!

I am very new to floor cleaning, (using a floor machine), I do have employees that have some experience, so I can rely on them to know the basics.
I am looking to find the BEST green cleaners and I would love to hear from people who have tried a few and are currently using them. I will be needing VCT stripper, finish, and neutral daily cleaner. Also my next question is when spay buffing, will I use a daily cleaner, or am I going to use a spray finish?

the greenest stuff for hard surfaces comes from ultra chem labs. look them up

I have not tried most of the new "green" chems out there. You have to watch it because "green" is widely misinterpreted, misused, misunderstood, and misrepresented. From what I understand about most of the green finishes and strippers, they don't work real well. Most are not extremely harmful if handled properly. In many cases it is nothing but a marketing ploy, or a way for someone (greenseal) to make money.

Pioneer has a green floor wax but it was sure hard to strip off

Home Depo has an organic neutral cleaner that is ok, you can find it on their web site
