the check valves you sell, do they have the filters inside? and do they come with the jets?

I need 3 check valves with jets.

No they do not come with filter/strainer screens.

They are really check valve jet extenders.

They are for putting your jets closer to the carpet, and secondary to stop the drips.

They accept a standard 1/8" Vee jet like your Stanley wand.

I advocate a single in-line filter/strainer at the wand valve on all wands, no need for 4-6 independent filters.

Every so often someone does something and you say damn! Why don't they all do it that way. When I got my first wand from Greenie, That is exactly what I said about the in-line strainer. Little need to worry about jets clogging anymore.

Sorry, I was thinking you had a Stanley wand....oops.

You got a firebreather, so you probably want at least an 03 flow, so how about a set of 9503 and some 1" checkvalves with that ILF.

I assume it's not convenient to pick them up locally, I'll send them to you.

Is it the cracking pressure on the check valves that make the jets not drip?.

The stair tool wand I got from you a while back, I have used
a few times.

I like it good, but it leaks out of the conections somewhere
like a river. At first it did not leak and then it started to drip, Now it
is out of control

What do you say I need to do with it so it
does not leak like that.

Yes, actually a few of them........I have never had
success with fooling with the connections and have
them stop leaking.

I am sure I am not doing it right. Start to finish, need to know
how to do it right.

Just a question on what you would do or not do.

Robert Beets has everything up for sale as I understand from
others who have told me he has called to try and sell stuff too.

I know I agreed to the mediation terms back in January, but
that does not mean I was still done right.

Would you e-mail a suggestion of how he could make things
right if you were me by suggesting that he consider giving me
equipment in the amount of what he owed.

In some ways, I think by doing something right like that would
release and free him from what appears by doing the wrong
not just by me, but others. Should I still wash my hands of it , keep going my way and let it alone.

It would be nice to have the paid for chevy Box truck that has never
had any chem-dry logo's on it. That is the only thing My ex bought for
me that had value. My mistake for letting it go into the agreement
Robert originally made with me. Of course along with other false
promises that were made. But that truck would be nice to have.

Of course wishful thinking on my part.

My only hope in all of this is that his building sells and he
pay my ex the $70,000 plus he still owes him, or the ex
can still legally come after me for it. The ex is on the deed of trust
on the building.

I hope that means the ex has that avenue of leverage to get his
money from Beets and not pursue me.

Just wanting to know your thoughts about it.

My wand in in the trailer along with my tool box at the base as I
am doing work out there and they are allowing me to keep it there
until the work assignment is done.

I could bring the wand and tools I need home tomorrow.

Knowing your wand Darlene, and the fact the in-line filter arrived separately, I think Mikey is right on the money, tape up ALL the threaded connections with some teflon tape and all will be fine, it's too new to have a leaky valve just yet, check your quick connect on the hose and ball valve as well while you are at it.

You know we joke about things like this, but I honestly can't tell you how many guys I talk with say "filter.....what filter?" It's been on the wand 2 years and they never even knew it was there....funny how all of a sudden their flow is much better after replacing the torn and destroyed strainer.

Here is another tip, these little strainers come in two styles: Just the strainer and one with a check valve INSIDE the strainer, some distributors order their wands with these checkvalve strainers inside the the in-line filter housing,,,I guess they think it will help with drips, but that is silly cause it's behind the valve, a check valve would have to be in front of the valve to even work, and it should be at the jet to really work.

Anyhow, having this misplaced check valve strainer inside the filter housing can cause a flow restriction to the wand, especially when it's dirty and half blocked already.
So check yours!

No check valves behind the wand valve!

Please do yourself a HUGE favor and get a good lawyer ASAP. See what you can get and get all that you can. If he were smart he'd do the same thing.
