Guess what this is? Part 2

The smell in this room was rotting urine, the smell of ammonia was awful. These folks had a mentally challenged child around 8 years old living in this house. The mother actually told me that she herself was often going to her doctor with breathing problems and they could not figure out what was wrong.
I don't know how I did it, but I got them to start ripping out the carpet before I left. The pics are of the area leading to the garage. The pics do not do this justice, seeing it in person was a lot worse.

Exactly like Fred said...how do you not call some type of authority on this case...
I'm not much into getting government involved in a family's life but this could be a case of abuse.

Ron. I'd imagine some would still clean it "We just want it better......" Put down a crap load of unhealthy products and make life worse for them. You made some positive karma that day!
