I like knowing that. I knew Jack when he started Butler, and respected him more than most of my competitors. He's also one of the few from those days still with us.

He has well deserved pride for his product and his support system.

Not really. I've done just that + an extended van and still have slightly less room than a CDS in a regular van. It is just the way Butler's machine is set up and built that makes it space in efficient including their reel.

On the other hand it has been the most powerful, hottest and most importantly, so far, trouble free machine I ever had. Its a trade off.

Besides my fuel pump on the Chevy at 30,000 miles. mine works good.

What the heck is it with Chevy electronics these days? They need to call over to Toyota and get some real parts to install.

Didn’t get a pro1200 first what problems did it give you?

It was a good machine, Sam. It had a few kinks here and there (mine was the Pro-1200 right after they bought it from (I forgot the original manufacturer's name.) Not a bad machine, however definitely not in the same class as the Butler max options.

And also I got tired (and so did the mechanics at the shop of my supplier) with Sapphire constantly changing the machine. Instead of working out all the kinks and issues they constantly changed it. And every change brought on a few more kinks to straighten.

Maybe by now Sapphire finally figured it out and will be able to work on dependability etc. I just got tired with them.
