Is it cultural, locational or pricing that determines how much of these "lower class " stains that you deal with?

In owner occupied homes, seldom. In rentals, constantly.

Rarely for either. Gum occasionally on commercial work but most commercial we do is corporate and few spit gum on the carpet.

We have had to deal with Gatorade on some university work.

Had a Red stain removal today....but otherwise, been a good 3 plus weeks since last one...

Gum, had a couple spots on commercial job last night, and one spot on a residential....prior to that, about the same as red removal....

But, the more ghetto the job....the more you will find the above.....providing you can even find the carpet.....

Starting with a Rake and Shovel was prevalent in some of my past rentals until I told them.....NO!


And that was quite a few years ago! Like 30 years ago!

Red stains 1-2 jobs a week.

Gum maybe once a month in residential. ALL THE FREAKING TIME in commercial.

What kind of jackhole lets their kid spit gum out onto the ground whether inside or outside of a business?!? Makes me sick.
