Haven't been there(his subdivision) in just over three years....

I've got two people we worked for there, one move out(sale) and the other is at least from three years ago. It's a del web(very nice), they might be dead.

Would you feel comfortable calling someone from that long ago? Have not been back to either home, should have sent reminders...

The fellow wanting the references is concerned if he has issues(with work) he won't be able to find us. No lie..:hopeless:

So how did he find you now?

I would not give other customer's phone number to him, unless you absolutely made sure with your existing customer that it's ok for you to give their number out.

I always just tell people that are unsure to ask around. Ask their friends and family who they would recommend. I am the number 1 reccomended cleaner in my area but live in a small town with only 4 other cleaners locally.

Well ReEKo my expierence is that when they start asking for things like that they are just warning you what they will do. Take the easy way.............avoid them. Follow your gut instinct. Just like the people who ask if you have insurance......Hello?

And yeah I'm sure that FREE sample from you know who would have sucked anyway.
Marketing BS always gets the dummies to buy into it.

Just like that internet SCAMPOO Gawd.
