Well we are hacking our way through it.

We have some that are being boxed today, the rest are nearly dry, just need a little manipulation.

We will give them a little ozone gas (wouldn't if they we valuable documents or books) and then box them and toss in a desiccant pack and we're done.

At this point we're keeping track of time and equipment usage and will need to figure out a reasonable rate.

The tough part is we have to be under what a freeze dryer would be per box, especially since it's not quite the quality.

No, I saw one they had at Drieaz a several years ago.

It was the size of a refrigerator, I think the company making them was selling them for around $10,000.00 at the time.

I have a friend that bought a large one from a florist that went out of business, it was room sized.

We just don't see enough documents or books to justify the purchase.
