Didn't use anything, customer got it out. She used Serum CU.
Anyone know anything about this product? It is obviously an oxidizer.
This is their website http://www.serumsystem.com/products.html

Luis;

That product is too strong for most carpet dye.

She could have easily taken out some color.

It is 18% peroxide, along with some helpful penetrating agents.

Larry.. I agree that it is too strong, but I am impressed. After 26 yrs cleaning, I have never
been able to remove hair dye with out a bloody Mary. And if she had taken some dye out,
it would have been very easy to recolor the spot, the carpet is coco brown.

Serum Cu is great for many things , I have used it for a couple years and it has become a staple of my chems. It does remove most hair dyes but leaves the carpet a little distorted.
Sometimes stains vanish instantly like blood stains and feces stains. I think It damages the dye sites though because when I do a complete Dye of the carpet the area that i have used the Serum does not take the dye well.
