Its new nylon brown carpet, about 10 spots. any ideas on how to remove them?
Is there a way to strip all the color and then redye the spots.
Thank You all for your response.

depending on the type of dye, I would pull a couple of fibers with the dye and try a reducing agent with steam and an oxidizing agent and steam. See which one it responds to (or neither) then treat them accordingly. You could bleach them and recolor or cut them out and do a bonded insert. Very difficult stain to remove, good luck

Had the same situation a couple years ago. Got em all out with a reducer. Don't remember which brand. Either Cobb's, Vac-away or CTI.

Different brands of dye might have different chemistry, however.

If you know someone tha tcan do re tufting, that's the simplest and best fix. Especially on new, I do that all the time, get yarn from the mill from the same dye bacth, remove the half dozen tufts and re tuft away.

hair dye reacts to peroxide and while blonde could be one result so could green or purple. it almost seems to make it glow and stand out more
