I need a saw to do some small curved cuts for a mosaic project the wife and I are doing in our guest bath.

What are you placing the tile on when you do the cuts?

How big are the tiles?

I just lift the shield on my wet saw and slowing cut the curve I need.

With a hand held you will need to clamp the tile for cutting.

I think I would just use a regular tile saw. A hand held saw on mosaic might be a tad awkward.

That saw is impressive. I wonder why they didn't mention the little water it uses along with it's other benefits.

I sandwich the tile between two pieces of wet carpet pad and a block of wood. Cut it with a small abrasive wheel. Rewet the pad as needed from a pop bottle of water.

Not high tech, but works nicely.
