We have 5-of them on our water trucks. They work great to clean up concrete.

Yeah it's a great tool, we use them on our trucks. Great for smaller areas and getting corners and edges well

We use them exclusively. Unless it is a big project the spinners are too much hassle because of the edging. They do not clean as well because the spray jets are wider than a spinner but we scrub first so it has not been an issue. I think the water recovery is better than a spinner also.
