I noticed my chemical flow valve acting up. When I close the flow simulator and open the flow valve up the metal ball should only rise when I key the wand. Well mine is rising all the time and goes up more when I open the flow valve up more. My heat is good but not like it was. What should I do? Replace the valve or repair it?

Sounds more like chemical pump diaphragm has a hole in it, than your valve. Is it using more chemical that usual?

Doc is right..!!

However..check for a damaged or loose chemical line...

Turn the flow simulation to the off position..Then key the wand..if the ball moves..
it is the diaphragm leaking in the flow switch..

If you are going to continue to run those..HIGH PH emulsifiers...your need to rinse the system EVERY DAY..!!!!!
