What part would possibly keep a van out of service for more than a couple of days?

We've replaced air cooled engines in under an hour, maybe half a night for a Nissan 4 cylinder. Replace a blower in 2 or 3 hours.

dont know. once the service manager told me that all those tms were waiting on parts it made sense because they were all lined up by the service department overhead door. if there was a seminar there would be vans and cars all over the parking lot but these were all vans neatly lined up in a row. Shoulda taken a picture.
