Got this email to my business email. This is the first time I've gotten anything like this. Is this a bunch of junk, or is this serious?

Last year we were getting an email like this from a "spa" company in CA that also said it would be a good fit to exchange links for SEO. I replied at least a dozen times asking to be removed from the email list because we would get this same email at least 3 times per day. I finally sent them almost 100 emails when I get a call asking me to stop spamming them.

lol.. They are sending this junk out and wont stop but I am the one spamming,,

One way links pointing at your site. You can have some reciprocal links from specific directories in your niche or a article about steam cleaning and allergies, etc... Like something on shaws site
