Trying to keep things organized and spotless takes too much time, thought and effort.

Working and plopping things here and there and saying to yourself ‘I’ll organize it later’ is much efficient, organized and virtually no thought henceforth more productive and I know where everything is.

That’s the majority of human nature. Not all but most.

I have been trying for weeks to get back to the shop purging. I even got a large portion done but the clean areas are now where they are piling stuff or just dropping things. Trying to get them to put things back sucks sometimes.

I am going to tackle that shop again today I hope!

I leave in a few days. Even been giving the guys instructions as to if it's slow what they are going to be doing for cleaning the vans back to show room condition as I tell them and major clean of the shop.

Vehicle and truckmount services are going to be done as well.

Get ready for busy season again!

I have nothing to contribute except that I feel like a big looser moving forward too slowly because I’m scared to death to hire.

Every owner operator faces that. Set you're standards, advertise for someone, do some interviews and see where it goes. See if there is any state or federal help with wages for new hires.
