making a water box for a customer with an outdated truck mount exact copy of the current leaky one out of hdpe plastic

you cant thread this product do just about anything with it as you can with metal even with heat bend it.

still takes the same time to prep and weld this stuff as anything else

you can only weld the exact same material like hdpe can not be welded to Uhmw or Delrin

they might have them some where as long as it's the same material it can be plastic welded

i see NO ability to control water input....
is there a ballcock float of some kind to keep the water from overflowing....

Great lookin there T, What type of penatration do you get with that elec torch??? Is that 3/8, 7/16 or 1/2 Lp???

Looks like no tic needed jess liik SS stick and Jet rod let her flow baby if you gots her dialed in to yer machine right or was that left??

Bawb, Hees gonna hooks it up the same as they duz on ther Toilet them called thru hull fittings.. wid gaskets...

YES BOB THERE IS A FLOAT it's just not in yet it will have the same plumping as the old water box

you must be on some good drugs

sweet, no slag !! how long do the plastic welds need to cool or cure before you can use/put pressure on the seams, like if you were going to drill holes for handles, latches or other plumbing? is it a difficult technique? Do you just drag it through the edges of plastic or do you weave it? Sorry the picture of the bead didn't show up clearly on my computer.

Hey I have one of those heat welders! Except I use mine to heat weld all the seams in my floors!

Is your 35 gallon waste tank made out of the same material? Same process? Water tank looks great!

Hmm.. I was thinking of looking into getting a fresh water tank made up with that material.

Are there people out there that do that?

Here is a waste Tank of the SAME material...yes it can be threaded... 8)

Also you can "customize any thing you want on it.."Like the battery box on top"..
