Heat Exchanger Manufacturers

Good day
My quest to revive my old heat exchanger is finished. Now I need a new one and they can only be custom made - I have a bid from John's custom machine, FL for about 1450$.

Does anyone know established and reputable manufacturers who might beat that price?

The HX is for a Hydra (Steam) Genie PTO unit, a coolant type HX.

Thank you

There has been a debate on this forum about that company's business practices. Did Thayer actually manufacture a hx for you?

I might get into tile and grout later on, it will be nice to have a higher limit.

do you repair a lot of T&G to????

1500 psi MAX.....and thats at the machine...

besides that much psi, will zap the heat out of any heat exchanger....thats where you need a fuel burner

Better to have it and not need it than... U know

Yes most jobs 1500

Special circumstances and large diameter tooling require more
