Heat Exchanger Repair

I have the tube type heat exchanger that went in the Hydromaster units. I need to find a company or someone that can repair these?? I have four. I did know of a company but they are no longer in business.

These tube are the sealed copper. I did know of a company that had a small scope and would fine the one that leaked and would fill it with lead. As I said are know longer in business.
