Me neither. I will more than likely buy another 570. That’s what my gut is telling me to do.
I have a couple Hydramaster CDS machines they have been so dependable

if I bought a brand new direct drive I wouldn’t hesitate to buy an x drive the transits are nice and modern and my local mechanic is a Hydramaster expert so that’s what I would use

I would bet the transit would be less reliable than the unit

For what it's worth I've froze my Hydramaster heat exchanger twice and was able to repair it both times at a radiator shop for very minimal charge. So in my opinion they are built very well. Probably not the answer you're looking for but just thought I'd throw it out there.

Yeah, teh heat exchangers are pretty bulletproof.

I know a couple guys that have X-drives and like em a lot. HM installs them all at their shop so there are no installation-related concerns. Maybe this makes the profit margin for the dealer lower?
