So, here's a question. We all know that we have heat loss the moment our cleaning solution hits the air, before landing on the carpet fibres. Some theorized that we lose up to 7 degreesf for every inch above the carpet. In the days of the single jet hydrahoe that can be 21-28 degreesf. Hence the move to multi-jet wands with multiple jets that are closer to the carpet. The problem is, the single jet wand with, lets say a 6 flow as example is putting larger droplets which I think can carry heat much better than the finer mist put out by multi-jet wands. You may have 4-1.5 jets totalling a 6 flow, putting the equivalent amount of solution as a single 6 flow jet but because the droplets are much finer, are they losing an equivalent amount of heat even though they are closer to the carpet?

Does your wand clean trashed rentals good? If so, who cares what temp the water is at the carpet. YOu're thinking too deep about this
