Make sure the jets are clean... 220degrees heat shouldn't be a problem. Pics help a lot.

did you groom after cleaning?
if it's just swirls, moisten the fibers with hot water and re-clean with a wand,(crank the heat) then GROOM when finished

Yea, redo the whole place with a wand like you should have done the first time. How do you clean corners and tight areas with that thing. I couldn't do my customers like that. OK, I'd like to have one for traffic lanes.
You may not want to hear this, but does your 360 by chance still have the metal capped glides on it?
Even the nylon 2nd edition glides have the potential of perm. distorting fiber.
As soon as it's practical, get a set of genuine TEFLON glides for it, they just replace the others with the same screws.

"Brand NEW"..RX20...My guys used the unit for 2 weeks before... I saw this PIC... 
They assumed that the new "CONE JETS"...left this design... :roll:
1 jet was partially clogged...Because we also wanded this JOB...there was NO complaint..
